Front desk
Cash and checks can be recorded in Flow without a WebDaVinci transaction charge. Compatible equipment is purchased separately by the park.
Configuration and support
Build operating costs into your published rates
Flow can maintain a private internal operating rate and calculate the final retail price shown to guests using a percentage adjustment, a fixed adjustment, or both.
In this example, the park's internal rate remains private. Guests see the final published price from the beginning.
| Stay | Internal operating rate | Adjustment | Published guest price |
|---|---|---|---|
| One night | $100 | 4% + $1 | $105 |
| Two nights | $200 | 4% + $1 | $209 |
Nothing called Cost Recovery, Platform Recovery, or a processing fee is added later during checkout. The published price remains the same regardless of whether the guest pays electronically, by cash, or by check.
The percentage and fixed-dollar adjustments are configurable backend settings.
