WebDaVinci Flow is a browser-based campground reservation and operations system. It supports online and staff-assisted reservations, interactive site selection, nightly and seasonal reservations, payments, scheduled payment plans, POS, and front-desk transactions.

Flow Core has no monthly or per-reservation software fee when your park uses WebDaVinci Payments. Card processing is 3.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

No. The standard rate is 3.9% + $0.30 for online, keyed, card-on-file, and card-present transactions.

Yes. The payment-funded Flow Core offer requires electronic card and ACH transactions processed through Flow to use WebDaVinci Payments. Cash and check payments can still be recorded in Flow without a WebDaVinci transaction charge.

Yes. Flow supports one-time ACH payments, scheduled ACH payments, and charging an authorized ACH account securely kept on file. ACH is available for an additional transaction fee, with pricing provided during onboarding.

Yes. Flow can record cash and check payments without a WebDaVinci transaction charge. ACH is also available for an additional transaction fee.

Yes. Staff can create seasonal reservations, assign sites, collect full or partial payments, establish monthly payment plans, and automatically process scheduled card or ACH payments. Flow Core does not charge an additional seasonal-renewal software fee.

Yes. Flow can be configured around your campground’s domain, logo, colors, photos, park map, sites, rates, and policies so guests continue to interact with your campground’s brand.

No. Standard campground configuration and onboarding are currently included without a setup fee.

Most standard park configurations can be prepared in approximately one week after the required campground information and merchant approval are available.

No. Flow is browser-based, but each park purchases the compatible payment terminals, cash drawers, receipt printers, or other equipment it needs from our supported-hardware list.

OTA channel management is not currently available in Flow Core. It is a planned extension, but availability, packaging, and pricing have not been announced.

Standard support is available by email with a response within 24 hours. Support during onboarding, launch, and initial implementation is prioritized and generally more immediate.

Roadmap capabilities are not part of the current Flow Core offer unless specifically identified as planned Core improvements. Features, availability, packaging, and pricing may change during development.
